Getting started

It's EASY Start by choosing a letterhead template to base your letter upon - or upload your own PDF for the letterhead template.

After you have chosen, you will be led through a few simple stages to give us details of your data, mailing letter etc.

Use this option to select a template for your letter. Useful if you do not have any letterhead artwork of your own

Use this option if you already have professionally produced finished letterhead artwork in PDF format.

What happens next? We layout a template to your instructions and add your personalisation details to it. We then send you a proof and you make any changes that you require.

After you pass the proof, we process your data and remove any duplicate or undeliverable addresses, then we mail out the letters on your behalf. It's EASY.

You get the option to upload your DATA FILE ( What's this ) at a later stage in the ordering process.
